Drabs: smaller, thinner feathers - we use 15 feathers per fan. More compact and easier to manipulate, great for dancers with a smaller frame (so the audience can see some of you)!

Twirl™ Fans are so named because they are designed to fit over your wrist and forearm, and can be spun, in addition to being a really comfortable circular grip. They have a band on the front that holds the feathers, keeping them as light as possible.
Hemisphere™ Fans - 180°
Drabs: 24 feathers per fan - these fans provide more coverage lengthwise than their 120-degree counterparts. Conservatively, the fans are roughly 52” wide at the longest point.

We trim the bottom and straighten each feather before we ship it to you. Stock feather colors usually ship within 2 weeks; non-stock colors take 4-6 weeks.

Wanting to make your fans extra-special? Add a row of feathers in the front! Choose complementary or contrasting - the choice is yours.
FrontRowFeathers™ are available in stock feather colors. Having a single color at the base can also really pull a multi-color design together!
You’ll receive the same number of 9-12” feathers as your base feather color. Like any other feather type, you can add extras if you like.
These will likely not be dyed in the same lot as your base feathers, so we cannot guarantee a “match,” but they should blend well if you do order the same color.

Take feathers you already have - or some that you have your eye on - and make them part of your Feather Empire…. You can mix them in with a fan you’ve had made here, use them as backups, or whatever tickles your fancy.
All of our fans are designed to be disassembled and reassembled as often as you like. This is a great way to add in accent feathers to an existing fan for a pop of color, or to highlight your costume - the sky’s the limit!

Catch the light with a glittering band of rhinestones at the edge of your fans - front and back!
Each piece is engraved so the stones sit almost flush to the surface of the base. These really make a statement onstage….
Found a shade you love? Get a backup feather (or two). We’d love to promise you that with the proper care, your feathers will last you a lifetime - but we all know stuff happens, onstage and off….
This is the best way to ensure you have feathers from the same dye lot from the jump - or you can order more if you want a fuller fan, you’ve already had a minor catastrophe, or your co-performers are just a bit clumsy. We’ve got you!
If you have ordered off the custom dye chart, we highly recommend getting extra feathers with your order. (Just saying.)
